Combining her passion for interior design and love of real estate, Cheryl has been working with buyers and sellers in, Baltimore, Carroll, and Worcester Counties as well as Baltimore City for over 20 years. Cheryl has been certified as a home stager, distressed property expert, senior real estate specialist, and probate real estate specialist, as well as studying many avenues of real estate investing. In addition, she has a vetted team of related industry professionals that her clients can call upon, as needed; all valuable advantages that help reduce client stress and make real estate transactions as seamless as possible.

Cheryl maintains an active lifestyle playing pickleball, and walking her two dogs. She supports Little Paws Dachshund Rescue, Lab Rescue, and Believe in Tomorrow charities. Cheryl is a Co-organizer for Wiener Walk Towson. Was a Co-President of Women Investors of Real Estate (WIRE), and past president, treasurer, and board member of a couple of condo associations. Presently President of a condo association. Cheryl served 8 years as the treasurer for the MD Senior Resources Network A mother of three grown children and grandmother of 7, she was raised outside of DC, but has lived in the Baltimore area for over 40 years, currently residing in Lutherville and Ocean City, MD.

Cheryl completed an extensive year-long commercial coaching class specializing in Multi-Family, Self Storage and Mobile Home Parks as well as a multi-week certification class with Coldwell Banker.
